The beds were truly dreamy, offering a peaceful night's rest.While the hotel lacks a laundry service, the friendly staff and excellent housekeeping more than compensated for it. I particularly enjoyed the self-service breakfast, featuring a delicious spread that included a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.Although the hotel doesn't offer tours or ticket assistance, its convenient location within walking distance of key attractions allowed for easy exploration of Cartagena. The addition of a fitness center would elevate the guest experience even further.In conclusion, Sercotel strikes a fine balance between affordability and luxury, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Cartagena.
